On the outskirts of a small village, at the entrance to the Alpes de Haute Provence, you will appreciate the calm and remarkable landscapes.
The house has 5 bedrooms, a dormitory and 3 bathrooms. As well as a small independent apartment.
Around a large 12x4.5 m swimming pool, heated to 27°C, a large covered terrace with fitted kitchen, shower and toilet will allow you to spend the whole day, facing south, with a splendid view of the Luberon.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace and a large terrace; a fully-equipped kitchen; library; a master suite with private bathroom (double sink, shower, bath, toilet); two bedrooms sharing the same bathroom; independent toilets with washbasin; a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, a dormitory with 6 beds and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
On the lower level, a small apartment comprising living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room, rented independently.
The 12mx4.5m south-facing swimming pool is heated to 27°C from April 1 to November 1.
Solarium terrace around the swimming pool and large covered terrace, with complete summer kitchen and gas barbecue. Solar shower, shower area and toilets.

Petanque ground (15x4m), badminton, table tennis, trampoline, swings.
The house has television (canal+), internet (fiber) and WiFI at the house and at the swimming pool, central heating.
Besides the regular maintenance of the swimming pool; we can also offer you regular cleaning of the premises and change of linen during your stay. Ask us for our price.
We can inform you about hikes, sightseeing, cultural, artistic or relaxation events organized in the area. We can also advise you on good restaurants, cellars and local producers.
Paradise exists, we offer it to you, especially since at an altitude of 700 m, in summer, the heat is never suffocating there during the day and the nights bring a welcome freshness.
In winter, the generous sun, the dry air will accompany you during your invigorating walks and will make you appreciate the Cocoon evenings by the fireplace.

Sainte Croix à Lauze is 30 km from the towns of Apt, Forcalquier and Manosque, near: Vachères (Country bistro, grocery store, museum and many summer activities, exhibitions and concerts at the Saint Christophe church.) (4 km), Banon (all shops, market, its cheese and Le Bleuet bookshop, paragliding) (18 km), Reillanne (all shops, market; tennis) (12 km), Céreste (Supermarket, all shops, market, its Scaramouche ice cream maker, horse riding) (12 km).
In the surroundings, the site of Carluc, the abbey of Valsaintes, the castle of Sauvan, Saint Michel the observatory, Simiane la Rotonde, the gorges of Oppedette, the Provençal Colorado in Rustrel.

Many hiking and mountain biking routes (the GR4 crosses Sainte Croix).
For cycling, the coast of Sainte Croix is famous, the mountain of Lure is not far away and Mont Ventoux barely further.
