A private entrance is at the rear of the house.
Entrance gate with code to access the fully fenced property of 8000 m² including a 2500 m² pond.
Parking for 3 cars
The rooms are equipped with a TV.
Bed sheets and towels are provided.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, sink, microwave, gas and oven. The cupboards have all the crockery and cutlery you need.
Ironing board, baby bed possible with high chair, barbecue and table outside in the garden.

Fishing possible if you bring your equipment and boat available for free.
Possible trip in a vintage car with a quote for a visit around Saumur.

The cottage is 1 km from the Saumur exit of the motorway but calm assured.
Saumur train station 6 km away

We speak English, Thai and Chinese and of course French.
Possibility upon reservation of an Asian dinner by the owner.

PLEASE NOTE if you have young children, supervision is mandatory by an adult at the edge of the pond.
