No vis-à-vis and you are the only ones on the property.
The beach is 4 km away, accessible by bike (bikes are lent to you) or by car through the Monts forest.
In a calm and soothing environment, with many birds (avocets, stilts, herons, etc.), it offers 140 m² of living space in 2 very distinct lodgings on a plot of over 5,000 m² delimited by ditches: salt water ; don't worry, mosquitoes don't like these environments ;-)
CAUTION: The environment is not suitable for young children under six years of age due to these unsecured shelves.
This rental is made up of 2 gites, each comprising:
- a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, etc.
- a living room
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and a separate toilet
- two comfortable bedrooms

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath, etc.

"Vacances ressourçantes en Vendée"
Gîte très confortable et spacieux. Situation idéale: au calme mais à 5/10 minutes en voiture de la Barre-de-Monts et du Pont de Noirmoutier, de Notre-Dame-de-Monts. Des forêts et plages magnifiques, de belles pistes cyclables...
