On a quiet property, bordered by a stream, with multiple fruit trees and with spaces set out at the water's edge or in the garden for you to relax, read or daydream... (hammocks, garden furniture, aperitif corner).

Close to all shops and doctors (5km) and remarkable sites (Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges la rouge, Martel and its tourist steam train, and the most beautiful villages in France Carennac, Autoire and its waterfall, Loubressac...).

Many activities (Monkey Forest, Reptiland, Gramat Zoo, canoeing on the Dordogne, etc.).

From Martel, take the direction of Rocamadour, then about 2 kilometres further on, take the Belvedere de Copeyre and drive to the place called Scourtils in the commune of Saint-Denis-Lès-Martel. Pass the projecting rock and then on the right, at the level of the wash house and the viaduct where the little tourist steam train of Martel passes, take the road, pass the first house to arrive at the dryer (house with red shutters)
