SpaIn the heart of the pretty little village of Mayrac, we welcome you to our charming gîte "Pépouze" completely renovated for a "Relax" holiday with a garden designed for relaxing, private 5-seater jacuzzi and solar shower. Housekeeping, linens (towels and bath sheets, tea towels, etc.), beds made on arrival, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking spaces and charges for 6 are included in the weekly rate.
Three terraces equipped with garden furniture, parasol, table, chairs or other deckchairs will allow you to relax.
The ground floor of the house is structured around a living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen opening on each side onto a terrace allowing meals or direct access to the garden .
A central staircase serves the sleeping areas and the bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC (2nd WC on the ground floor).
3 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning. The first with access to the garden, the second with a living room, an office area and a view of the Auvergne mountains, the third allows you to admire the stars.
The geographical location is ideal, Martel, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Padirac, Souillac and even Sarlat 40 minutes away, essential shops, restaurants, markets, doctors 10 minutes by car.
Numerous activities in the monkey forest, zoo, canoeing, swimming in Saint-Sozy, Gluges, golf, gourmet market, visit to castles.
Producers' store about 2 km from the house via a footpath.

"Superbe gîte dans un joli village tranquille"
Très bon séjour entre amis dans ce superbe gîte très pratique et très bien aménagé. Des chambres magnifiques avec poutres et une grande hauteur sous plafond.
Sans oublier le spa qui nous a permis de se détendre en fin de journée après chaque excursion. Top!

"Vacances au calme"
Une demeure de charme cosy, décorée avec goût, au calme. Tout pour passer des vacances apaisantes et reposantes. Un grand merci à Sandrine et Patrick pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs bons conseils culinaires et touristiques régionaux. Nous reviendrons surement et avec plaisir !
