Zwembad Tafeltennistafel Games voor kinderen WandelpadenThe gîte "Chez Marie" is part of the private hamlet of Cabrespine (3 independent gîtes and the owners' house) nestled in the countryside on 4 hectares of open garden and forest. It is an old farm dating from the 18th century, renovated in 2017.
The house is an independent and comfortable gîte composed on the ground floor: a large kitchen/dining room which opens onto the terrace, a beautiful living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and the bathroom/WC
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a mezzanine with a single bed.
You will have a quiet terrace with a breathtaking view of the Lot valley; you can enjoy the salt swimming pool (11 x 5 m), shared by the 4 houses.
Free baby equipment on request.
Towels, bed and household linen provided, beds made on arrival.
On the tourism side, the activities in Cantal are numerous and varied: canoeing in Vieillevie, swimming, fishing, international street theater festival in Aurillac, country market in Maurs, visit to Salers with its cheese museum, and much more. more to discover...
Also take advantage of the proximity to the Lot and Aveyron, particularly Conques, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
5 minutes away in the village of Cassaniouze you will find a bakery, a local shop and also something to eat at "L'atelier gourmand des voyageurs", or "La trout qui chante" in Saint-Projet.

Les vacanciers qui effectuent l'annulation au moins 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée obtiendront un remboursement à
hauteur de 100%. Les vacanciers qui effectuent l'annulation entre 30 et 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée obtiendront un remboursement à hauteur de 50%.
Si l'annulation est effectuée après les dates indiquées, les vacanciers n'obtiendront aucun remboursement.
En cas de non présentation du client, le contrat est résilié ; les arrhes sont acquises au propriétaire qui peut alors disposer de la location.
