I am Angela, owner of Cozy Mazet Occitanie in the Mas des Vignes holiday club residence, located on a hill between Aigues-Vives and Calvisson in the Gard, not far from Nîmes and the sea. I manage my house myself and ensures impeccable cleanliness.
The cottage is located at the end of the residence, facing a huge forest. The terrace and the house face west, the sun arrives at midday on the terrace and stays until sunset.
Enjoy the two beautiful swimming pools, restaurants, pétanque and basketball courts, children's play area, laundry, grocery store and entertainment in summer from June to the end of September!
The comfortable Cozy Mazet Occitanie cottage offers a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, terrace, all the equipment dates from 2022!
Stay with peace of mind in a fenced residence with little traffic where you can stroll in the gardens, enjoy the swimming pools, one of which is indoor and heated all year round, sports fields and on-site catering (in season).
I provide a plancha, two new deck chairs, two new relax chairs, a wooden table and four wooden chairs, an electric blind and two parasols complete the equipment of the terrace.
