The cottage, equipped with a WiFi connection, offers a private space on the edge of the vineyard with its garden furniture, table, chairs, barbecue, etc.
A few steps and a terrace with a dining area.
Inside, living room with TV, radio, and its open equipped kitchen: dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Not forgetting the kettle, 1 classic coffee maker and 1 Senseo coffee maker.
The air conditioning will allow you to fully enjoy the house in summer.
The accommodation includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, and a mezzanine with 2 single beds complete the equipment.
The farmhouse houses another gîte with shared facilities, including: swing, trampoline, pétanque court, laundry room and of course the swimming pool which, with its beautiful dimensions (6 x 12 m), allows young and old alike to enjoy it. fully thanks to its gentle slope.
Right next door is the jacuzzi to enjoy a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature.
We also find in this enclosed space the pool house with its barbecue, refrigerator, large table, sink, etc.
As winegrowers we can offer you a visit to the cellar as well as a tasting of our wines.
The farmhouse is ideally located in Fressac, between Anduze and Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort.
