It has two parts that can be opened depending on the number of people:
- the first with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets (for 8 people)
- the second with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet (for a total of 12 people)
The fitted kitchen is open to the living room with its wood stove.
The living room includes three sofas and TV corner.
The games room awaits children for entertainment, with its books and games.
The land extends over 1000 m², fully enclosed, with a terrace and a fenced animal park, which you can approach (chickens, goats, sheep)
We live in the same hamlet in case of questioning.
The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Tiffauges (its castle and superb Christmas market), 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, 20 minutes from Hellfest, Clisson (village with character), 20 minutes from the factory outlets area of La Séguinière (Outlet La Séguinière), Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (30 min), 45 min from Nantes, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches.
Near the cottage is also La Sèvre Nantaise with its hiking trails (GR, mountain biking, etc.), fishing.
Private parking, free.
Possibility of sheltering motorcycles for our biker friends.

Ce gîte est vraiment conçu pour 12 personnes, très bien équipé, au calme, avec en prime la compagnie de poules, chèvres et moutons et des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec sapin de Noël et douceurs de la région. Les poules et moutons dans le jardin font la joie des enfants. Grande maison très bien chauffée avec des espaces dans lesquels chaque génération trouve sa place même par temps de pluie. Cuisine grand luxe. Idéal pour des retrouvailles familiales

Vraiment un endroit à part. Le calme, l'espace, la nature. Les hôtes charmants (ben oui !). Idéal pour se ressourcer. La grandeur du gîte avec mélange de moderne et ancien est vraiment superbe. Rien ne manque. Je recommande sans aucune crainte.
