It benefits from large rooms with large openings which let the light through very well.
It is surrounded by a large flat plot of land (3000 m²) and completely fenced.
Large terrace.
Quiet environment.
None overlooked.
In the village there is a creperie, a gourmet restaurant, and an electric car charging station.
The cottage is located approximately 15 km from Rocamadour and 10 km from Padirac.
The house is ideally located for visiting other major sites such as: Lacave caves, Castelnaud castle, Carennac, Autoire, Loubressac as well as Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne castle.
The Dordogne river is approximately 800 m away (swimming, fishing, canoeing).
For lovers of walks, there are marked trails around the village.

Je recommande ce gîte qui est idéalement situé dans un village tranquille près des sites à visiter tel que rocamadour, gouffre de Padirac et j'en passe... gîte fonctionnel agréable, très bon échange avec la propriétaire. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances 😊

"un endroit familial très agréable"
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de pâques dans ce gîte très confortable. Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité par la propriétaire. rien ne manque dans cette belle maison familiale, tout est propre, les lits confortables, le calme du grand jardin.
très bien situé au cœur de la Dordogne près de beaux sites touristiques.
