The living room, the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker) and the toilets are on the ground floor, the two bedrooms (a 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) and the bathroom are on the first floor. WiFi access.
Private garden (see photo) with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
A common area with swings and trampoline is a delight for children. Access to the river on foot or by bike.
Access to the swimming pool is shared with the owners, but we are used to it and know how to be discreet for everyone's well-being.
The swimming pool is fenced and vegetated so that those who are there enjoy their privacy.
It is permanently accessible, including in the evening.

These cancellation costs may be covered by cancellation insurance to be taken out individually by the tenant.
Whatever the reasons for the cancellation, the tenant must notify the owner by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of receipt of this notice determining the scale to be applied.
The tenant who did not notify the owner would be required to pay the full balance
