Well-equipped American kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
Bedroom with king size bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200. Possibility of a baby bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower.
3 large private terraces in the sun, under pergola or covered, deckchairs await you!
A few steps from the cottage is a magnificent infinity swimming pool (10 x 6 m) where you will find other terraces with deckchairs and shower and a superb panoramic view.
The owners live in the main house across the pool, but are very discreet.
A second bedroom is also available at an additional cost (€60/night), with independent entrance and bathroom.
Numerous hiking trails, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, 4 km from Minerve, 40 minutes from Carcassonne and 50 minutes from the beaches.
