Bienvenue dans notre maison au pied du Coutach

It is an independent apartment located above our house. The accommodation is 70 m².
The accommodation is made up as follows:

A main living room/kitchen with a magnificent view of the Coutach mountain. In it you will find a dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 people. A sofa and TV area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen:

- Microwave oven
- Hob
- Fridge
- Filter coffee maker
- Crockery and cutlery
- Basic necessities: coffee, oil, salt, pepper, sugar

A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine (towels provided)

Independent toilets.

Two bedrooms with 140x200 cm bed (sheets provided) as well as a cupboard to store your belongings (wardrobe area) and your suitcases.

You will find free parking spaces at the bottom of the accommodation. Access to the apartment is via stairs which take you to a terrace which serves the entrance to the accommodation.
At your disposal a swimming pool and its wooden terrace. This is located next to our house. It is a swimming pool that we can share without predefined schedules.

Concerning our animal friends, they are welcome. We have a cat, a dog and two chickens who can roam freely, so it will be important to ensure everyone's safety.

Activities to do around:
- A 10-minute walk away you will find the magnificent medieval city
- Montpellier / Nîmes 40 minutes drive
- The entrance to the Cévennes 30 km away
