You will enjoy on the large 30 m² terrace a panoramic view of the mountain.
The 140 m² house offers you a large living space on the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, fondue and raclette sets), living room with fireplace, dining room, a 1st bathroom. water with WC, a laundry room (washing machine, storage for skis).
Upstairs you will find: 5 bedrooms, 1 WC and a 2nd bathroom.
In winter, you have quick access to 3 ski areas: the Grand Tourmalet resort (10 mins from the Tournaboup car park, 5 mins to Barèges and its connecting shuttles), Luz-Ardiden (20-25 mins), Gavarnie (30 mins).
Spring, summer, autonomous: you are at the heart of the starting points for hikes in Pays Toy and the Pyrenees National Park. The trails are of all levels, their charm varies according to the seasons.
Many other activities are available to you in the Luz Valley and its surroundings: hydrotherapy, cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, paragliding, fishing, initiation courses with shepherds...
Luz-Saint-Sauveur is located 5 minutes away with all amenities.

"Gite, point de vue et situation exceptionnelles !"
Très beau gîte, spacieux, plein de charme et bien équipé. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente comme chez soi.
La situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir la région : beaucoup de sites remarquables proches, des randonnées autour du gîte accessibles pour toute la famille.
Prise des clefs auprès d'une conciergerie.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et nous accueillent, même à distance, par téléphone : nous avons bien apprécié.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
La situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir la région : beaucoup de sites remarquables proches, des randonnées autour du gîte accessibles pour toute la famille.

"exceptionnel on recommande vivement"
Le gîte est très spacieux et très très bien équipé, tant en vaisselle qu'en électroménager, rien ne manque.
Le petit village de Betpouey est très calme.
Ce gite convient parfaitement à un groupe de 10 personnes, la pièce principale est suffisamment grande pour que tout le monde s'y sente à l'aise.
Le gîte est à proximité de la station Barèges mais également proche de Luz-Saint-Sauveur où vous trouverez tous les commerces dont vous avez besoin.
Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place, mais il est très réactif si vous avez besoin de le contacter.
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.
Je recommande vivement ce gite.
