Beautiful apartment, well located, very bright thanks to its large bay windows and with a panoramic view of Lake Serre-Ponçon.
We are renting, with great pleasure, this T2 located in the Chaumettes district of Savines, classified 3*.
This accommodation is equipped with a beautiful, very functional kitchen, a bedroom with a view of the lake, the bathroom is separate from the bathroom.
The large balcony facing the lake will allow you to make the most of the lake and mountain setting specific to Savines.
A private washing machine is at your disposal in the laundry room.
Ideally located, very close to the lake, the beaches and the pontoon for boarding the sightseeing boats.
To go for a morning bath or at sunset, it's very simple and you don't need your vehicle.
The village center is 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
An excellent bakery, a grocery store, a butcher, the press house and restaurants are 5 minutes away, always without using your car.
Water activities thanks to the lake, swimming, sailing, mountain activities with a very varied choice of massifs all around Savines-le-Lac or simply rest and contemplation, everything is possible in this very privileged setting.
