In the residence, you have free access to 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, children's play area, ping-pong table and pétanque court.
You have access to the “visitor” parking lots in the residence park secured by a gate with code.

For hiking enthusiasts, the coastal path runs along the residence’s park.
For swimming in the sea: cove 50 m away, "Sainte-Asile" beach 10 minutes on foot, large fine sand beach "Les Sablettes" in 20 minutes on foot crossing the pine forest.
Public transport and shops 10 minutes walk away.
A water bus takes you to the heart of Toulon in 30 minutes.
