The "Domaine des Moulières à Callas" is a large property of 7000 m² of terraced land planted with olive trees and Provencal species: thyme, laurel, rosemary, cypress, lime trees, mulberry trees, hackberry trees, etc.
Near the village (10 minutes' walk), a pleasant path leads to the shops, including a remarkable bakery-pastry shop, a mini-market and quality restaurants. Numerous picturesque walks or hikes on the paths starting from the house, on foot or by mountain bike.
You will have the whole of the house to yourselves, as well as the exclusive use of the swimming pool, away from prying eyes and noise. Not overlooked. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

"A wonderful month in Provence"
We were so fortunate to find Jean-Paul and Myriam's beautiful villa just outside the pretty village of Callas. We stayed for the month of October 2023 and combined working remotely with exploring the stunning Provencal countryside.
The villa is as described and shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is well laid out, comfortable and well equipped. Our son and his girlfriend visited for a week and we all had plenty of space. The villa has a small office room that we were able to work from and meant we could keep our work separate from the living areas.
Jean-Paul and Myriam are kind, attentive and hospitable and we enjoyed getting to know them.

"A perfect Home for Family Summer Holiday"
Miriam and Jean-Paul, we and our children loved your house, perfect for our family of 5. The magnificent view, the privacy, the beautiful pool, including BBQ patio and surrounding grounds for the family to enjoy. The house was very convenient, everything was provided, and the air conditioning was very welcome.
Callas too is very special for us, good restaurants and essential food shopping.
The location is also convenient for the coast and the mountains, with easy access to main roads north and to the airport.
And, again, the view!

"Vacances de rêve !"
Un séjour inoubliable dans l’arrière pays varois, merveilleusement bien accueillis par nos hôtes qui ont su allier chaleur humaine et discrétion. La maison est un rêve, tout y est pensé pour le confort, et la décoration est particulièrement soignée. Bref, des vacances parfaites ! Merci encore

"Une belle découverte"
Nous avons passé une semaine au calme, mais sans être loin de tout ; Un bon boulanger à 10 mns (très important pour bien commencer la journée!), le WIFI fonctionne bien, et depuis CALLAS nous avons le choix d'aller en bord de mer, ou dans les Gorges du Verdon. On peut aussi visiter d'autres villages perchés, faire un marché différent tous les jours... pour ensuite se reposer au bord de la piscine, et profiter de la vue, différente selon l'endroit où l'on s'installe. Les photos reflètent vraiment la réalité. La maison, très propre, est magnifiquement meublée et décorée, et rien n'y manque. Ce n'est pas une maison "de location" c'est une maison pour "accueillir" ; ce que font les propriétaires de façon très cordiale.

"Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick"
Wir hatten mit unserer Familie (Eltern und Kinder von 12, 14 und 19 Jahren) zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Callas, im Haute Var. Sehr schöner malerischer Ort, ab vom Trubel an den Stränden, die dennoch für Tagesausflüge gut erreichbar sind. Im Ort, der in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist, bekommt man im kleinen Lebensmittelladen und in der sehr guten Bäckerei alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll provenzalisch eingerichtet. Es ist in jeder Hinsicht gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der große Garten ermöglichen von vielen Standpunkten aus den traumhaften Blick auf Callas-wunderschön! Der Pool ist sehr schön, hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und auch Spielen mit der ganzen Familie. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Großes Grundstück mit Stellplatz auch für ein großes Auto. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten auch wir die Gastfreundschaft von Jean-Paul und Myriam, die uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns über die Umgebung und die Geschichte des Hauses erzählt haben. Sie standen immer für Informationen zur Verfügung, halfen uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Fahrtrouten sowie Kartenmaterial weiter, blieben aber ansonsten sehr zurückhaltend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Nicola und Familie

"Vue et calme exceptionnels"
Nous avons séjourné trois étés consécutifs dans cette maison exceptionnelle où tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances en famille. Le panorama est incroyable et tellement reposant et la région regorge de lieux à visiter ou d’idées de promenade. La maison est très accueillante, les équipements conviennent parfaitement pour un confort complet. Le jardin et les extérieurs disposent de plusieurs lieux de détente avec des ambiances et des vues différentes et la piscine grande est très bien orientée. Le village de Callas typique Provençal, est à 5mn à pied avec tous les commerces de proximité. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont vraiment très accueillants, chaleureux, de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région, tout en restant discrets. 3 séjours inoubliables….. nous reviendrons !
