This charming villa is located between lake and mountain, 12 minutes from downtown Aix-les-Bains, 18 minutes from Revard where you can enjoy the ski resort.
You will have, on three floors, 2 bedrooms with a 160x190 double bed.
1 bedroom with a 140x190 double bed.
1 bedroom with double bed 160x190, and a baby bed.
1 children's bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a 100x190 bed, and a 90x190 bed.
Plus a master bedroom with a King size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a relaxation area and an area for doing sports (a treadmill, an electric bike)
A large bathroom with shower, and two toilets.
A large locker room to store your ski clothes and coats.
A fully equipped kitchen for 15 people, plus a scullery, ideal for preparing large family meals.
A very pleasant living room with a set of three sofas with a hanging fireplace to enjoy winter evenings by the wood fire.
Outside the house you will have access to a garage with a ski area and a ping-pong table.
You can enjoy two relaxation areas with garden furniture and a dining area for 12 people to enjoy the outdoor barbecue.
For parking there is space for 5 cars.
