Welcome to Studio 2 (construction year 2014/2015), with an area of 32 m2 and terrace of 10 m2 additional. It is located in SARLAT. 650 m (6-7 minutes walk) from the historical heart of the town, and 300 m from a large supermarket. This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen comprising all equipment and accessories necessary for its good functioning, as well as a washing machine.
The room features a comfortable double bed of 160 cm, an office corner with Wifi and satellite TV, floor heating and refreshing. Bed linen and towels are included in the tariff.
This rental has its own private parking and is situated on a wooded private property of 3000 m2. The place is perfectly suited for disabled (wheelchair access) from parking to the entrance door of the studio, as well as indoors. Our animal friends, unfortunately, are not invited to reside and smokers restricted smoking outdoors only. The housing has a second studio perfectly identical and adjacent to the latter (back to back) in the event of two couples traveling together and eager to get their own privacy at the end of the day.
