In a hamlet in the countryside, quiet, we offer single-storey accommodation that can accommodate 3 people.
With a total area of 38 m², the accommodation is composed as follows:
- a bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) with 2 independent mattresses which can be separated if you request it
- a living room: small fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, etc.), table for 4 people, sofa (convertible into a 140x190 bed)
- bathroom with walk-in shower
- separate WC
Outside: a garden area with direct access from the accommodation: table, deck chairs, and barbecue on request.
You can park one or two cars, just in front of the accommodation.
2 bikes and helmets available to take advantage of the many walks around.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Cleaning is included in the price.
Arrival from 3 p.m. (key box if we have not yet returned)
Departure before 11:30 a.m.
You can enjoy walks on the coast, the surrounding countryside and visits to Nantes or Rennes:
On the countryside side, we are located at:
- 4.5 km from the village of Saffré and 7 km from the village of Nort-sur-Erdre (all shops)
- 13 km from Lake Vioreau
- 5 km from the Arcades de Nort-sur-Erdre circuit and the banks of the Erdre
- 6 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal
- 10 km from the nautical base of bout de bois
- 25 km from the Gâvre forest
- 10 km from the Terril d'Abbaretz
- 60 km from the Brière Regional Natural Park
The Atlantic coast 1 hour from us:
- 65 km from Saint-Nazaire
- 80 km from Guerande
- 86 km from Pornic or Pénestin
And to enjoy the culture and many activities of Nantes, it is 35 km away, easily accessible by the expressway.

Bonjour, merci pour votre accueil, nos jeunes adultes ont apprécié le gîte, la propreté et le cadre.

"Un séjour parfait en tous points"
Superbe accueil dans ce gîte où j'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner pendant deux mois. Noémie et Rémi sont des hôtes très réactifs et prévenants. Ils ont su rapidement me mettre à l'aise et me permettre de me sentir comme chez moi ! De plus, le gîte est récent et moderne. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La propreté est irréprochable. J'y retournerai les yeux fermés !

"Superbe adresse"
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce gîte parfaitement équipé et très agréable. Noémie et Remi ont été très accueillants et ont su nous renseigner sur les activités et promenades à proximité.
Le gîte et son jardin avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne nous ont conquis. Nous reviendrons !

"Gîte parfait"
Nous avons passé un super séjour au gîte des trois chemins ! Noémie et Rémi sont aux petits soins, ils sont très accueillants et sympathiques
Le gîte est vraiment chouette, spacieux, rénové avec goût et bien aménagé. La literie est de qualité, la sdb est très spacieuse et agréable. Il y a des rangements. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y a tout le nécessaire. L'extérieur accessible au gîte est très calme et paisible. La localisation est un plus. Nous recommandons à 100 %
