Downstairs, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc.) and a large living/dining room with TV and HiFi system. There's also a laundry area and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 bathroom with bath, a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms with garden views.

South-facing, this villa opens directly onto a shady, fully enclosed garden with a large terrace and garden furniture.
At the heart of the garden, a private swimming pool with jacuzzi (unheated, pool: 4mx3m with 1.40m depth) awaits you. The pool is secured by an approved PVC electric roller shutter.
Just 3 kilometers from the historic center of Pernes-Les-Fontaines, the villa is ideally located for discovering Provence, entertaining or relaxing :

"Très agréable"
Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte refait il y a peu, où selon notre fils de 7 ans, "tout est stylé". Chambres calmes à l'étage, au RdC cuisine fonctionnelle et salon spacieux décoré avec goût. Situation intéressante entre Pernes les Fontaines et Carpentras. Et merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue bien apprécié :)

"Des vacances au top"
Nos premières vacances en Provence se sont parfaitement déroulées, notamment grâce à l’accueil chaleureux et aux conseils de Nathalie.
Cette villa a une ambiance cosy et traditionnelle qui nous a permis de nous reposer tout en visitant les différents sites, parcs naturels et autres animations. Bref une localisation idéale pour découvrir le Sud de la France.
