Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, this beautiful Périgord residence of 200 m² is located in a quiet hamlet, 17 km from Sarlat and 6 km from Les Eyzies, world capital of prehistory.
It offers both the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the most beautiful sites of the Vézère valley and the Dordogne valley.
On the ground floor :
- 1 large room of 60 m² with living room, large fireplace called “cantou” (television, DVD player), dining room, kitchen area (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, hotplates),
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90,
- 1 bathroom (bath and shower, 2 sinks),
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, gas central heating
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90,
- reading corner and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Sheet included, departure cleaning obligatory.
Wood for the fireplace provided.
Heating extra.
Stone porch, enclosed grounds, 2 garages and 2 parking spaces, 200 m² terrace.
Private swimming pool of 5 x 8 m covered by electric curtain (depth 0.80 to 1.80 m).
Pool house with garden furniture and barbecue.
