Ideal with family or friends.
This spacious cottage is located in Locmaria-Plouzané in the middle of the Iroise region and will allow you to spend a real moment of relaxation and discovery between land and sea.
Multiple activities await you, whether for fishing enthusiasts, beaches or water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, rowing, sailing, sea scooter, etc.) or for walkers via multiple GR 34 hiking trails at nearby or by bike which allow beautiful walks on paths by the sea or in the countryside or for the more curious, picturesque visits to nearby villages and islands (notably Le Conquet, Plougonvelin, Saint-Renan, Portsall, Ouessant, moléne …) or castles/museums and historical monuments.
• On the GROUND FLOOR you will have:
- a room/living room with wood stove and 108 cm flat screen television
- a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher/fridge-freezer/combination cooker with gas/electric burners and pyrolysis oven, extractor hood with external exhaust)
- a bedroom with queen size bed 160x200 with quality bedding with storage chests of drawers and bedside lamps
- 1 toilet
- a bathroom with separate shower and 2-drawer vanity unit and mirror / high storage cabinet
- garage with laundry room with sink unit and washer-dryer
• UPSTAIRS you will have:
- a large bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) with 2 chests of drawers with bedside lamps and quality bedding + coffee table + chair and wardrobe
- 2 independent single bedrooms with quality bedding (each bedroom with single bed (90x200) / storage drawer / chest of drawers with bedside lamp / wardrobe)
- a bedroom with baby bed on request
- 1 toilet
- 1 bathroom with bathtub / shower with bath screen / 4-drawer vanity unit / mirror with integrated LED lighting
• OUTSIDE :
You will have an enclosed plot of 600 m² with private access path and two-leaf aluminum access gate with key lock.
- outdoor terrace with garden furniture (1 sofa and 2 armchairs, 2 love chairs and coffee table)
- autoclave wooden picnic table and parasol with weighted foot
SERVICES INCLUDED:
Free WiFi, bed linen (duvet, fitted sheet, pillowcases), electricity, gas and water on a fixed price depending on the period, garden furniture and picnic table with parasol, wooden barbecue and utensils, ping-pong table available in garage.
The number of beds requested are made on arrival for the duration of the stay.

• If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 15 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the deposit paid remains with the owner.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the full amount of the stay remains with the owner.
If the Lessor unilaterally terminates the contract for any reason other than non-performance of the Lessee's contractual obligations, it must:
• Reimburse the deposit as soon as possible if it is a case of force majeure making the rental impossible

"Vacances en famille"
Maison très agréable ,spacieuse avec tout le confort. Parfait pour des vacances en famille idéalement situé. Mer à proximité,GR34 pour les randonnées. M. Cantrel nous a très bien accueilli à l écoute et disponible en cas de besoin.
Un grand jardin. tout pour passer de bonne vacance.

"Une maison confortable"
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré le temps maussade car la maison est très confortable et l'équipement parfait. Enfin Fabrice nous a très bien accueilli et il est très disponible. MERCI !
