Cozy apartment of about 50 m², fitted out for 2 people for a relaxing stay in the quiet of the countryside but close to the sea and Mont Saint Michel.

The accommodation is located on a property composed of the owners' house and a set of 5 holiday homes for 2 people (intended) only for seasonal rental (only 2 are available for rent at the moment, the 3rd will be available from July) on a plot of 3.5 hectares with trees and 2 ponds (under rehabilitation)

The property was bought in April 2023 and not everything is yet fully rehabilitated but 3 apartments are freshly renovated with attention to detail for a pleasant stay.

The Loft Romeline is an apartment with a large living room opening onto a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with balcony that allows you to have lunch outside and overlooks a pretty garden. It also has an independent bedroom and a shower room with WC.
It is on the 1st floor without elevator. It has access to the garden shared between the different accommodations with table, chairs, barbecue, deckchair and parasol.

You have a privileged access to the jacuzzi from 6:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the rate of one session per day included in the price (additional slots €5/person). Possibility to modify this schedule on site (upon availability). The SPA is open from 10 am to 9:30 pm. (reserved for gites from 6:15 pm to 9:30 pm)
