The tour includes the presentation of the press wheel parrot two centuries old and the explanation of the different stages of the manufacture of cider. A series of wall charts very well illustrated and documented, you will learn all about the history of Apple Cider and its derivatives. Finally you can watch a video (synthesis of the various elements of the visit) while sipping a glass of cider graciously offered.
