Lake Maury is also called the Selves Lake or Lake Saint-Amans-des-Cots. It is a beautiful large dam and perfectly integrated into the landscape of the mountain. Its V-shape comes from the junction with Valley Selvet Valley Selves are two splendid rivers to torrential character. About three-quarters of their length, the banks of the lake are very steep, tree-lined making it difficult to choose a suitable fishing station. The rich fish and excellent recreational facilities make it a lake of great interest.
Starting from the dam, the arm of Selvet followed a short distance by road from Saint-Amans-des-Cots, then by road to Touluch. Near the mouth of Selvet found some good fishing stations because the fish are attracted by food intake. Tours to the gently sloping sandy banks have allowed the implementation of a well-equipped campsite with a beautiful beach and the infrastructure needed for water sports.
The road now runs to the arms of the Selves, more important than the arm of Selvet. We arrive at the peninsula of Oustrac forming a point to the banks lined with sloping meadows. A road maintained down to the water's edge and allows to anchor fishing boats and water sports. At the mouth of the Selves there is a nice car to park in the vicinity of shoreline interesting pocket. Attention in the gulf in the power station closed to fishing because the water turbines can arise at any time.
After crossing the bridge, the banks form a large platform was installed and the site of Romiguiere with the beach and water sports. Throughout the game still skirted by the road there are some good places for fishing.
