Château Fort de Druyes les Belles Fontaines

It was built at the end of the reign of Philippe Auguste and is the perfect example of the castle which succeeded the medieval castle. It remains in the imposing castle gate which defended the entrance, walls and towers pregnant. However, the situation of this castle atop a rocky peak, and the importance of these remains give the whole an impressive majesty. It dominates the lower town built around the superb sources of Druyes.
