Alsace, boosted by a rich historical inheritance (with famous Romance sites) and also by its famous gastronomy (in particular with regard to its wines), is an area populated of good-alive. Indeed the Alsatians like to have fun within a setting that is often describes as romantic (in particular thanks to its half-timbered houses) and green. Alsace, is part of these areas that we visit but, therefore that we taste !
