Grandcamp is a quiet village of the Bessin, Normandy, in Calvados, and an active fishing port, situated between the Normandy landing beaches, Omaha Beach and Utah Beach.
Famous for its scallops and fresh fish Jacques, there is also fishing for shrimp in the rocks exposed at low tide, and the oysters are grown.
