The museum includes collections of Natural History (around Georges Cuvier) and archaeological evidence of Iron Age and the Bronze and the presence of remains of Gallo-Roman Mandeure. A historical tour located in the two towers is the story of this castle and beautiful pieces of furniture Montbéliard (buffet sideboard Carlin, Briot dish) as well as portraits of the Dukes and Duchesses of Württemberg. The museum is also developing a department of contemporary art including works of this painter Jean Messagier.
