The Museum of Earthenware open to the public in June 1995, is housed in a prestigious country house of the nineteenth century called the castle Pastré. Fully restored, the building houses nearly fifteen hundred ceramic pieces that offer a broad overview of the successive developments of this art in Marseille, Provence in France and abroad from the early Neolithic to the present.
