Musée Alfred Bonno

The abbot of Chelles Bonno priest from 1899 to 1911 he gave his large collection to the museum that now bears his name. The museum and archaeological collections from wealthy largely excavations at the site of the town, and a remarkable collection of fabrics from the Middle Ages, some of which come from the royal tomb of the founder of the monastery, the Queen Bathilde. All major periods from prehistory to the nineteenth century are presented in collections of local origin.
