The castle of Annecy is located in the heart of the old town. He served as a main residence of the counts of Geneva and the Dukes of Savoy.

Its history
It was built in stages from the 12th until the 16th, then it was abandoned in the 17th and served as a barracks until 1947. The municipality became the owner and then restored.
