The House of Passementiers to discover the job carefully observing the family of a worker of the early century. The purchase of the fabric (the "loading", to be embroidered on the furniture and clothing) at the supplier located in Saint-Etienne to the delivery of the finished product, through the use of Jacquard looms, the museum invites us to share the daily life of a family whose life is centered on the love of work.
