Les Arènes de Nîmes

Among the monuments contribute to the fame of Nîmes, the Roman amphitheater is probably the best known. While the amphitheater of Nîmes is the largest of the ancient world, this monument, estimated construction by the end of the 1st century AD, is probably the best preserved.
