Le plan d'eau du barrage de Saint-Etienne Cantalès

Dam Cantalès Saint-Etienne is located on the river Cere, left bank tributary of the Dordogne.
The hydroelectric dam was built between 1939 and 1946.
The first filling of the reservoir took place in 1945.

In a green exceptionally protected the dam site includes a lake of 600 hectares on which it is possible to practice restricted areas:
• all water sports
• swimming
• fishing

But
• hiking or mountain biking
• tennis
• Golf (18 holes remarkable 6kms)
