Le Parc Henri Matisse

This garden of 8 acres, due to the landscape architect Gilles Clément, leads to the Porte de Roubaix (1620). It is designed on the principle of a garden in motion moving with the seasons. In its center, an island inaccessible 2500 m² on a base of 7 feet high remains untouched by human intervention.
