It was built around a dry stone tower of the Iron Age which there remains no trace, regular octagonal in shape, it was composed around the year 15 BC built on three levels down one on the other over a basement. Now the floor is gone and it rises to a height of 32 meters. From its summit, the view of Nimes is remarkable.
