This almost perfect hollow cube (108 x 110 x 112 m), placed slightly at an angle to the axis Louvre, Star, Defence, is topped by a roof terrace of more than one hectare weighing over 30,000 tons. It has two rows of six cells each supporting three times the weight of the Eiffel Tower.
The 87,000 m² of office space can accommodate 2000 employees.
