Near the tiny village of Bellegarde in Gascony is this typical Gascogne farm with small family run 3* campsite having views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside and a large swimming pool. Terrace cafe/bar serving breakfast, snacks and all day refreshments. 4km away is the village of Masseube with local shops, a supermarket, restaurants and a bank.
The area has a mild stable climate with plenty of sunshine and offers something for everyone; vibrant markets with fresh local produce, such as foie gras and Armagnac (reputedly the oldest brandy in the world); several thermal spa towns; the historic town of Auch, Toulouse; a scenic ride to the Pyrenees, Biarritz on the coast and less than 100 km to Spain.
