From Le Touquet head for Montreuil-sur-Mer, then Hesdin. Turn left on to D928 towards Saint-Omer. WAMIN is on your right. Le Collet Vert is at the start of the rue d’En Haut, second street on the left hand side when coming from the D928. The name is carved into the wooden gate.
