LA ROSERAIE is a large manor house which was built in 1780. It is situated in the heart of the town of Saint-Sever, wellknown for its Benedictine Abbey, nominated by UNESCO, its cloister, its gastronomy.
This former count's property is listed in the dictionary : "Chateaux et villegiatures". It is set in several acres of shady parkland with swimming pool and gardens, which makes the situation very quiet.
A delicious breakfast with homemade products will be served under a vineyard pergola near the swimming pool or in the dining room furnished with antique furniture.

The bedrooms are very spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are suites with their own bathroom and toilet, dressing and armchairs. They are equipped with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
