The house is situated on a fenced 2000m² near the sea terrace of 150 square meters around the main house. A path provides direct access to the beach (500m). Quiet area with possibility to coast along on the path of Customs (GR34). Magnificent views over the bay of Saint-Brieuc.

Quiet place as two separate entries allow access to the house. Window and door equipped with a flywheel power wheelchair. Upstairs the bedroom has two velux électriques.tarifs: 65 euros per night for a couple breakfast included. Rental week 420 euros + 35euros breakfast.
Rental weeks from Saturday 15h to Saturday 10h.
Extra bed 14 euros per night.
