Celine and William welcome you into their home early 20th century, the heart of a small village of 900 inhabitants. Situated opposite the old Post Office, just passing on a street, you will find comfort and calm.
This house hides a nice garden of 900 sq.m. It is situated 7 kms from Vitre (very pretty mediaeval town) and 25 kms from Rennes (the capital of the Ille et Vilaine).
The rented space is 50 sqm with a 20 m² room (with bed for 2 pers.) Shower room of 15 m² and a landing zone 15 sqm equipped (sofa for 2 pers., Dishes, table, chairs , kettle, microwave ...), the toilets are downstairs. All this space is private and independent.
