Welcome to Burgundy, to La grange de la Ferdière. The original building was a barn built in 1810, in vast rolling countryside with its hundred years old oaks , in the heart of hilly Clunysois.
We have fully renovated the B&B in a rustic and authentic style. It is situated in a small hamlet, in the village of Brandon (278 inhabitants), close to Cluny, Macon, and the Beaujolais and Burgundy wine routes.
Five cosy bedrooms, and a big living and dining room (90m²) made in the former cow shed are at your disposal. Here you can prepare your meals and gather with family and friends.
Just 15 minutes from the A6 motorway, this is an ideal place to stop over during your holidays. We are halfway between Paris and the Mediterranean sea and 150 kilomètres from major skiing resorts.
It’s also a place to stay on holiday : romanesque architectural masterpieces, prehistoric sites, sport, good food and wine... The Burgundy motto is "Art and good living"
From the A6
Take exit 29, Mâcon Sud.
From the roundabout, follow directions to Cluny, Charolles, and Moulins. Follow the N79 and exit at Brandon/ Clermain.
Turn left to "autres directions", and then follow Matour.
Important : don’t follow "Brandon"
From then, you only have to follow the signs. After 2 kilometres, turn left to la Ferdière, then twice left in the direction of les echeliers. We are the first house on your right

Take the "Clermain" exit.
