• The Grangette: next to the house, it is ideal for two people and can relax in the privacy of a detached barn with an en suite walk-in shower, kitchenette and air conditioning.
• The Attic: a double room (bed 160 cm or 80 cm twin beds) with ensuite shower, is on the floor of the house, with air conditioning and a private entrance with spiral staircase outside.
L'Érable is only 15 km or 20 minutes drive from both exit 54 and exit 55 of the North/South A20 autoroute.

Coming from the north : Take exit 54 on the A20 and follow the D840 (formerly the N140) towards Gramat. Cross the river Dordogne at Gluges, then take the first road on the left (Carennac and Floirac), then after 300m take the first on the right onto the D11 (Miers). Continue for about 3km - the road goes under a railway bridge and then climbs up gradually. You pass through the tiny hamlet of Veyssou and, after another 800m, L'Érable is on the right hand side, surrounded by a laurel hedge and with a gateway on the corner facing the road.
Coming from the south : Take exit 56 on the A20. Go straight over the first roundabout, direction Gramat, Figeac, Labastide Murat. Take the 3rd exit on the 2nd roundabout toward Gramat (D807). At Gramat follow the signs for Brive and the D840. After 14km turn right onto the road to Miers (just before Agri-Service with their buildings and farm machinery on the right. After 3.5km you reach a T-junction with a level crossing on your right. Turn left towards Gluges and go downhill for 2 km. The road starts to go uphill under a railway bridge and at the top you will see farm buildings on your left and right. L'Erable is 200m further on, surrounded by a laurel hedge and with a gateway at the far end of the hedge.
