Lime Tree farm is located just north of the pretty village of Aix La Fayette in the heart of the Forest National Park Livradois, in the Puy de Dome, and sat at the head of a valley with views to the Sancy.

The house, dating from 1830, has been tastefully renovated while maintaining the character of this exceptional property.

We have four rooms to let Bed and Breakfast / B & B, all with private baths. There is a Family Deluxe Room for up to 4 people, two double and one single room.

The large cottage adjoining the main house is being renovated, with two bedrooms, one of which is a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

The house and cottage are on a plot of 4000 square meters, or half a hectare, with a terrace, formal gardens and plants, together with a land with a stream and orchard, and especially of space to relax.

Around the house are walks and cycle paths where you can enjoy fresh air and pure mountain and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Massif du Sancy and Puy de Dome, while enjoying the local wildlife, which is a paradise for bird spotters. Enjoy the spectacular night sky incredible colors of the sunset to starlight without moving from the terrace.
