My wife, and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 days in Manoir de Graincourt located in this village called Derchigny. The place its gorgeous, quiet end as relaxing as one can dare imagine, it looks like waking up in a fairy tale. Also, this chambre d’hote is conveniently placed, reaching must-see’s like Giverny, Rouen or even Caen is a quick, easy and relaxing drive.

I should add that although we have been in other nice places during our lovely French vacations, nothing matched Manoir De Graincourt for the simple reason that wit Philippe and Anne Lise are the best hosts you can get, and good fun too. The excellent breakfast in a gorgeous kitchen full of light and charm is a real treat to start a new day in the best possible way. Guest will easily find themselves charmed by the atmosphere of Manoir de Graincourt and it’s very likely they will ask Anne Lise to sell one of her lovely jams. Albeit these are all special, I strongly recommend the apricot/lavender one. One of the many reasons to
