Bessin is a beautiful region of the Calvados with a rich historic heritage, and Balleroy is an interesting village of the 17th century as its castle.
In 25 mn D-Day beaches, 15 mn of Bayeux (its cathedral, its Tapestry); halfway between Honfleur, Deauville and Mont-saint-Michel (both in 1 1/4 hour.)
